Client Care Associate

About the role

As a Client Care Associate, you will be the first point of contact for clients, creating a warm and premium clinic experience. You will manage client interactions across multiple channels, coordinate bookings and payments, support clinical operations, and help drive client retention and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly on arrival and set the tone for a premium, calm clinic experience
• Respond to inquiries across calls, chat, email, and walk-ins promptly, accurately, and on-brand
• Guide clients through their program options and recommend suitable treatments based on genuine fit and their consultation with physicians
• Help meet branch experience and revenue goals through attentive, consultative client care
• Manage bookings, schedules, and follow-ups across booking and CRM systems
• Process payments and packages accurately, and keep client records complete and confidential
• Provide occasional cashiering support when necessary
• Coordinate closely with the clinical team so client care flows seamlessly from front desk to treatment room
• Support client retention through thoughtful follow-up, loyalty and referral programs, and consistent after-care contact
• Keep the reception and client areas immaculate and fully stocked

About you

• Uphold client data privacy at all times, in line with the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173) and clinic policy

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
