Job Summary

This full-time role combines customer service and sales to resolve customer issues, generate leads, and support business growth at a busy airport luggage service center.

Responsibilities

Resolve customer complaints by identifying root causes, delivering effective solutions, and ensuring complete follow-up for satisfaction

Handle incoming customer calls to assess needs and proactively generate new sales leads

Collect and analyze customer feedback to prepare reports recommending product or service improvements to management

Foster open communication and build trust within the team to contribute to achieving team targets

Manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain performance under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Required competencies and certifications

Ability to work a 6-day work week including weekends and public holidays

Strong communication, active listening, and conflict-resolution skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

1 year experience
