Are you a master of organization with a heart for mental health? We're growing, and we’re looking for a tech-savvy, compassionate Client Care Coordinator to join our remote team!

In this role, you aren’t just answering phones—you are the guiding hand for clients navigating their mental health journey. From streamlining schedules to managing seamless billing and financial coordination, you’ll be the engine that keeps our clinic running smoothly.

What you’ll do:

✅Be the first point of contact for clients across Ontario.

✅Coordinate and schedule complex psychological assessments.

✅ Manage the end-to-end billing cycle (invoicing, payments, and follow-ups).

✅ Provide high-level administrative support to our clinical team.

Requirements:

• Must have own equipment (Laptop/Desktop + Headset)

• Stable WiFi connection (at least 50Mbps)

• Availability to work Toronto hours (9:00AM - 5:00PM EST)

• Must reside in the Philippines

• Long term opportunity

Benefits:

• Freelance opportunity with full time hours (40 hrs a week)

• Fully Remote

• Starting Salary ₱28k/month
