Client Care Coordinator

The Non-Medical Home Health Agency Administrator leads the daily operations of our home care agency to ensure efficient delivery of services, full regulatory compliance, excellent client satisfaction, and sustainable agency growth. You will serve as the primary operational leader, representing the agency to clients, caregivers, partners, and regulatory bodies.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Agency Operations & Compliance

• Direct and manage all operational aspects of the agency.
• Ensure compliance with Florida home health regulations (AHCA licensure, recordkeeping, reporting) and agency policies.
• Maintain agency licensure and prepare for AHCA inspections and audits.
• Develop, implement, and periodically review agency policies and procedures.

Personnel & Leadership

• Hire, train, and supervise office and field staff; ensure compliance with background screening requirements.
• Serve as the agency’s primary point of contact for clients, families, caregivers, referral sources, and community partners.

Quality & Client Satisfaction

• Promote and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
• Support superior client service and client/caregiver communications.
• Foster positive public relations and business development efforts.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of recent supervisory/management experience in a non-medical home care or related health care setting.
• Strong understanding of Florida home health licensing requirements and regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

• Experience managing AHCA licensure, renewals, and agency audits.
• Proficient computer skills (EMR/scheduling/billing software).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Previous work in a licensed home health or home care agency environment.
