Client Care Coordinator
Pay: €30,000 per year

We are seeking an enthusiastic, positive, and highly organised Client Care Coordinator to join our Dublin office.

This is a full-time, office-based role with a hybrid shift pattern, consisting of 8:00am–12:00pm in the office and 4:00pm–9:00pm working from home approximately twice per week, plus one weekend day per month with additional remuneration.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• At least 1 year’s experience working as a Scheduler or Coordinator in home care
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage your own workload, and contribute effectively as part of a team
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and energetic approach
• Strong communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, organisational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent IT, planning, and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Complete weekly staff schedules and hour allocations using our time management system
• Maintain client schedules on an ongoing basis
• Manage scheduling to ensure effective staff utilisation
• Work closely with the Care Management Team to ensure the appropriate carer is allocated to each client
• Manage sick leave and arrange cover as required
• Participate in weekly team meetings
• Build strong working relationships with the Care Team, colleagues, and Care Managers
• Support and assist Care Managers as needed
• Respond to queries from families and clients regarding care arrangements
• Carry out additional duties as required
