Client Care Coordinator, Full-time permanent

Athletico Sports Physiotherapy is expanding, and we’re looking for a Client Care Coordinator who brings warmth, professionalism, and strong organizational skills to our high-performing, community-focused clinic.

What You’ll Do

Patient Care & Customer Service

• Greet patients with friendliness and professionalism
• Answer calls and emails with clarity, compassion, and efficiency
• Support new and returning patients with a smooth, positive experience

Scheduling & Clinic Coordination

• Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• Manage practitioner schedules to maintain clinic flow
• Communicate clearly with clinicians and patients about schedule changes

Billing & Administrative Tasks

• Process payments and manage billing inquiries
• Navigate insurance claims and third-party billing (training provided!)
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

Marketing & Social Media Support

• Assist with creating and scheduling social media posts
• Help promote events, workshops, and clinic updates
• Support community outreach and engagement initiatives

Office & Clinic Operations

• Keep the clinic tidy, organized, and fully stocked
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist with general administrative tasks to support the entire team

What We’re Looking For

• A warm, patient-centered communicator
• Strong multitasking and organization skills
• Comfortable working with technology (experience with Jane App is an asset)
• Professional, reliable, and quick to learn
• Experience in customer service, administration, or healthcare is an asset—but not required. We value attitude and work ethic above all.

• Monday 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Tuesday 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Wednesday 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Thursday 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Friday 7:30am - 1:00pm
