Job Title: Client Care Manager

Responsibilities:

Have you staffed for a non-medical home care company?

Are you interested in transitioning to a higher position and compensation that will allow you to lead a team so you may focus on strategic care management and quality of service?

As a Client Care Manager, you play a crucial role as an advocate and adviser for our clients, guiding them through their caregiving search. You work closely with the clients and their families, identifying their specific care needs and implementing a comprehensive care plan. Your oversight ensures the delivery of high-quality care services, from initial assessment and matching clients with the right caregivers to caregiver training and ongoing care monitoring.

Day-to-day activities:

• Going to clients' homes to do an assessment
• Creating a care plan
• Introducing caregivers for Start of Care
• Doing Quality Assurance Visits to clients
• Meeting with Staffing Team to match Caregivers for clients
• Caregiver evaluation and training
• Communicate and provide updates to Social Workers, Conservators, and Family Members.
• Communicate and resolve issues or concerns with the client or responsible parties.

Qualifications:

• Preferably with Caregiving Experience
• College Graduate or college-level
• With a warm personality and Good Communication Skills
• Able to lead and delegate staffing activities.
• Able to support the marketing activities of the company.

Salary: $70,000 -$100,000 with incentives included.
