Client Care Representative

Full time, Fixed Term Contract

Work Type- Hybrid, 3 days from office and 2 days from home

Location- Sydney, Australia

What You'll Do:

• Deliver exceptional, timely, and empathetic customer service.
• Assist clients with scheduling mental health and wellbeing appointments.
• Provide accurate information about services (EAP, Triage, Management Consultation, Critical Incident Support, etc.).
• Ensure full compliance with quality assurance and administration procedures.
• Maintain discretion and handle sensitive, confidential information professionally.

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role .
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office/email, CRM systems).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to be empathetic, resilient, and flexibility to work anytime between 7 am to 7 pm.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Capacity to manage complex health matters while maintaining emotional separation.
