Primary Purpose & Function: Client Care Reps book & schedule customers home services with defined systems using effective communications resulting in customer and technician satisfaction.

Areas of Responsibilities:

• Management of customer contact regarding 3-Day scheduling board
• Management of technician/sub-contractor scheduling
• Coordination with dispatchers
• Collaborating with Service Manager to Win The Day

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette
• Proficiency in dispatching and logistics operations
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
