Your Role:

• Greet and assist clients with a smile, making them feel welcome and cared for
• Organize appointments and manage client communication with efficiency and warmth
• Collaborate with a diverse team of doctors, nurses, and support staff
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is focused on the pet's health and the owner's needs

What You Bring:

• English proficiency required; Mandarin proficiency is a plus

• Are you available to work during the clinics operating hours, which are Monday and Friday 8:30-5:30pm, Tuesday-Thursday 8:30-7:30pm, and Saturdays 9-3pm. Please note if you have any day or time restrictions.

Experience:

• Client Care in Veterinary Medicine: 2 years (preferred)
