WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking extremely reliable, compassionate, flexible, and experienced Senior Care Specialists who want the opportunity to earn extra income while picking up consistent PRN shifts.

• Which service areas you can work in
• Which available shifts fit your schedule

Our service areas include:

• Winchester City
• Frederick County
• Clarke County
• Shenandoah County
• Warren County
• Parts of Loudoun County, VA

PRN shifts are offered as they become available and are based on staffing needs and your availability.

• YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
• Assisting seniors with everyday Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Personal care and hygiene assistance
• Bathing and grooming
• Safe transfers from bed to chair and other transfer assistance
• Light meal preparation
• Companionship and social engagement
• Light housekeeping
• Assistance with personal care needs
• Providing dependable, compassionate support in the client's home

Experience with proper patient transfer techniques is a definite plus!

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for experienced professionals who have previously worked in:

• Senior care facilities
• Hospitals
• Rehabilitation facilities
• Home care/home health agencies
• Other professional healthcare settings

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on senior care experience
PCA Certification is a plus
Must have a clean criminal background
Must successfully pass a drug screening at the interview
Must maintain a clean, neat, and professional appearance
Must be able to provide positive, verifiable previous employer references
Must demonstrate reliability, professionalism, compassion, and flexibility

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
