*Client Coordinator – GOH | JD Summary*

*Location: Vashi*

*Key Responsibilities*

Manage daily email flow for assigned clients.

Verify vessel calls, update vessel information, and upload cargo documents.

Prepare and circulate policing reports.

Monitor client policing activities and workflow performance.

Attend weekly operational meetings and discuss issues.

Maintain and update reduction sheets.

Ensure procedures and work instructions are updated on the shared folder.

Communicate process changes to the team and update internal procedures.

Train new joiners for assigned clients.

Coordinate with IT, Finance, Global/Regional Hubs, Client Managers, and management.

Communicate with customers, ship management teams, and charterer’s agents.

*Education & Experience*

College degree required.

Shipping-related training is an advantage.

Experience in shipping or business process operations preferred.

Strong spoken and written English.

Comfortable working with IT systems and operational platforms.

Ability to work with international clients and teams.

Global mindset and flexibility beyond a traditional 9-to-5 work approach.

Positive attitude with commitment to Service, Innovation, and Integrity.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
