Client Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact to answer questions, relay updates, and manage expectations via phone and email.
• Relationship Management: Build long-term trust and help retain existing clients by delivering helpful service.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate client records, log daily contact notes, and manage schedules or meetings.
• Problem Solving: Listen to client complaints and work quickly with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Team Coordination: Pass valuable client feedback and details to the sales, marketing, or project teams. [1, 2, 3]
