Job Title: Client Coordinator

Location – Kochi /Calicut

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Client Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact between our agency and clients. In this role, you will ensure projects move smoothly from briefing to delivery by coordinating communication, managing timelines, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned client accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Understand client goals, marketing objectives, and project requirements.
• Prepare project briefs and coordinate with creative, content, design, digital marketing, and development teams.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure deadlines are met.
• Schedule client meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items.
• Follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
• Coordinate campaign launches and monitor project progress.
• Manage client feedback and ensure revisions are communicated accurately.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, reports, and campaign performance summaries.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and support account growth.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per day
