Local/Hybrid – must be available for in-person events and occasional local meetings (VA, PA, NC, DC, MD, DMV and surrounding areas preferred)

$1,500/month

We're looking for a powerhouse relationship-builder to own the client and prospect experience for our founders—driving the warmth, follow-up, and hospitality that turn interest into loyalty and loyalty into growth. With your ability to balance genuine human connection with sharp organization and follow-through, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' growth and success.

As our Client Concierge & Events Coordinator, you'll be the person making sure prospects, clients, and event attendees feel seen, welcomed, followed up with, and taken care of—from the very first interaction to the next step. You'll nurture the relationships already inside our ecosystem, make sure warm prospects don't fall through the cracks, support our clients throughout their experience, and help bring our local events to life. This role is part hospitality, part client experience, part sales support, and part event coordination. And no—we're not looking for a stereotypical aggressive salesperson. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, remembers that a prospect said they were interested three weeks ago and actually follows up, notices when a client hasn't received a response, and can walk into an event and immediately think, "What needs to happen next?"

This is NOT traditional cold calling. Most of your outreach will be focused on warm, bottom-of-funnel prospects who already know who we are and have demonstrated some level of interest—people who've attended an event, registered for something, downloaded a resource, spoken with our team, expressed interest in an offer, or otherwise engaged with our brand. Your job is to turn that existing interest into meaningful conversations and clear next steps.

With our proven framework—one that has helped our founder community generate $9.7M+ in sales since 2020 (and counting!)—you'll be the human touch that makes our prospects and clients feel like more than just another name in a CRM.

You're just as enthusiastic about picking up the phone and remembering a prospect's follow-up date as you are about walking into an event and immediately spotting what needs to happen next. You learn and move quickly and are the pinnacle of warmth, organization, proactivity, hospitality, and exceptional follow-up. Yeah, all that and a bag of chips.
