Client Concierge

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Client Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of our salon. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting environment for clients, managing client communication, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will be attentive, organized, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service to foster client satisfaction and retention.

Duties

• Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
• Manage client communication through phone calls and in-person interactions, addressing inquiries and scheduling needs effectively.
• Create a positive guest experience by maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the salon environment.
• Prebook appointments to optimize scheduling and support client retention efforts.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure necessary supplies are available and well-maintained.
• Maintain accurate records of client preferences, appointments, and feedback to enhance personalized service.
• Support the team in delivering seamless service experiences that encourage repeat visits.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle phone communication confidently and courteously.
• A proactive attitude with a focus on creating positive client interactions.
• Availability to work flexible hours as needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
