Client Concierge

At Wink, we’re not trying to be everything to everyone. We’re here to do one thing exceptionally well: deliver modern laser care with skill, clarity, and consistency.

We work fast, but never careless. We’re friendly, but never vague. We keep improving because “good enough” is never the finish line. If you’re coachable, proactive, and proud of excellent execution, we want to meet you.

You’re the kind of person who notices things.

The vibe. The timing. The energy in the room.

At Wink, that matters.

As our Client Concierge, you’re the first hello and the person who keeps everything moving smoothly, from bookings to first impressions.

Your day looks like:

• Welcoming clients and setting the mood for their visit
• Managing bookings, confirmations, and walk-ins
• Answering questions clearly and confidently
• Keeping client interactions warm, never awkward

You’ll probably love this role if:

• You’ve worked in hospitality, retail, or guest services
• You’re naturally good with people (and better at reading the room)
• You’re organized, observant, and quietly efficient
• You like systems (Notion is a plus!) and staying a step ahead
• You’re curious in beauty, skin, and laser (expertise comes later, we’ll teach you!)
• You stay cool when things get busy

Location:

• Ayala Malls Vertis North, Quezon City
