• Partner with the Client Relationship Manager to strengthen solution positioning and account expansion.

• Lead discovery workshops, requirement analysis, and consultative discussions with CXOs and business leaders.

• Convert problem statements into structured solution proposals, ROI cases, and commercial opportunities.

• Support sales pitching with strong solution articulation and industry credibility.

• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on client maturity and digital readiness.

• Maintain strong pipeline discipline, documentation, and CRM alignment.

• Act as a thought partner in identifying industry trends and emerging digital opportunities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT consulting, digital transformation, SaaS, cloud, or technology solution roles.
• Proven experience in converting business problems into structured technology solutions.
• Strong industry knowledge with the ability to understand sector-specific operational challenges.
