Client Coordination Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients and understand their requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate between clients, internal teams, engineers, and management.
• Schedule client meetings, calls, and site visits.
• Follow up on project progress, payments, documents, and pending requirements.
• Handle client queries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
• Ensure timely resolution of client issues by coordinating with the concerned team.
• Maintain client records, feedback, and communication details.
• Prepare and share project updates and reports when required.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Required Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Customer/client handling ability.
• Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and meet deadlines.

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.
Experience: 1–3 years in client coordination, customer service, construction, real estate, or a related field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
