• Job Role & Responsibilities:
  Handle inbound and outbound calls, understanding and addressing client needs
• Provide accurate, prompt support to ensure clients feel valued
• Maintain clear communication and ensure client satisfaction
• Relay relevant information to clients and internal teams
• Stay adaptable in a dynamic work environment
• Ensure adherence to company and hospital policies during interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries
• Efficiently handle a high volume of calls
• Prioritize issues and escalate when necessary
• Route calls to appropriate departments when needed
• Follow up with clients to ensure issue resolution and process completion
• Document call details according to company SOPs
• Troubleshoot basic IT issues and escalate to technical teams
• Multitask and manage internal software platforms
• Respond to emails when needed
• Key Requirements:
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening skills and empathy for clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work weekends and in different shifts
• A background in home science is a plus
• Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of MS Office
• 1-10 years of international voice process experience is advantageous
• Knowledge of customer service best practices
• High level of professionalism and customer-centric approach
