Client Coordinator

We are looking for a Client coordinator who will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their business requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that the client's needs are delivered accurately, on time, and as committed.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements, expectations, goals, and concerns clearly.
• Convert client requirements into clear and actionable briefs for the internal team.
• Coordinate with creative, performance marketing, content, video, and other teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure that the right requirement is delivered correctly without gaps or miscommunication.
• Follow up with internal teams on project progress, deadlines, and pending tasks.
• Communicate project updates and deliverables to clients professionally.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
• Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to understand requirements and communicate them accurately.
• Good time-management and multitasking skills.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing, and Lead Generation

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
