CLIENT COORDINATOR

We are looking for a presentable, confident, and well-spoken female to join our team as a Client Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend meetings and networking events in Dubai on behalf of the CEO
• Represent the CEO professionally when meeting clients and business contacts
• Coordinate and maintain communication with clients and the CEO’s professional network
• Build and maintain strong business relationships
• Follow up with clients and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events
• Support the CEO with client-related coordination and networking activities

Requirements:

• Female candidate with a professional and presentable appearance
• Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal
• Confident and comfortable speaking with clients and business professionals
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Flexible to travel within the UAE when required
• Professional attitude, good coordination skills, and a proactive personality
• Previous experience in client coordination, customer relations, business networking, or a similar role is an advantage
