About the Role

This is a full-time remote position for a Guest Experience Specialist based anywhere in Latin America. You'll be the voice of Triad to our guests, managing communication, resolving issues, and ensuring every guest has a positive stay. The role requires proactive problem-solving, clear communication, and a deep understanding of what makes short-term rental guests tick. You'll work in a 24/7 hospitality industry where guest needs don't follow a clock.

What You'll Do

• Manage guest communication via text, email, and messaging platforms before, during, and after stays
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and issues with empathy and professionalism
• Identify and mitigate cancellation risks through proactive guest engagement
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and ratings, working to resolve negative feedback
• Coordinate with property owners and cleaning teams to address maintenance and cleanliness issues
• Analyze guest feedback and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and guest account management
• Contribute to continuous improvement of guest experience processes and SOPs

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in short-term rental guest services, hospitality, or customer success roles
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong understanding of 24/7 hospitality operations and availability expectations
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling frustrated guests
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple guest interactions simultaneously
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely from Latin America
• Cultural sensitivity and comfort working with diverse guests from around the world
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation

• $800 - $1,500 USD (Monthly Salary + Performance Bonus)
• Contract Role (Paid via Gusto)
