Client Coordinator

You would be the point of contact at the branch for client coordination, you will coordinate the flow of clients through the business and ensure that all reception responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner to improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities & Duties:

· Appointment and resource scheduling.

· Reconfirmation, Cancellation and rescheduling appointments

· Responding to client queries and guiding them towards the solutions.

· Forward booking of clients' appointment and ensuring consumption.

· Capturing client details in software and updating the same when required.

· Ensuring the forms of clients are available at front desk before the start of the day.

· Sellable and consumable product to be maintained and ensure no discrepancy

· Register to be maintained for pretty cash, products.

· Ensuring self-discipline, proper billing and grooming standards are met.

Position Traits:

· Should possess 1 to 3 years of experience in client servicing.

· Should have a flair of client servicing.

Personal Traits:

· Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills

· Presents a polished, confident, and well-groomed appearance, with good personal care habits.

· Should possess excellent energy levels and the ability for multi-tasking.

· Passion towards direct customer servicing and customer Interaction

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
