Client Coordinator

Act as a single point of contact for clients and manage all communication channels
Maintain accurate records of client communication and service requests
Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information about the company's products and services
Identify and escalate client concerns to the appropriate department or individual
Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-up and feedback gathering
Assist in preparing and distributing client reports and performance metrics
Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute client requests.
