Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, encouraging them to avail products and visit the store.
• Respond to client inquiries and address concerns professionally.
• Gather client feedback on products and services.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience handling voice accounts or phone-based customer service.
• Fresh graduates can apply!
