Client Coordinator Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Coordinator Executive to manage post-sales client communication, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth and timely resolution of client requirements and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day after-sales client coordination and support.
• Coordinate with clients regarding service requests, queries, and concerns.
• Handle client follow-ups, communications, and status updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
• Track pending requests, tasks, and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records, reports, and communication history.
• Use CRM, Google Workspace, MS Office, and other business tools.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of client issues.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.
• Identify recurring client concerns and coordinate for suitable solutions.

Requirements

• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Proactive and problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks.
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Freshers with good communication and computer skills are welcome.
• Previous experience in customer support, client coordination, or after-sales is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
