Client Coverage Advisor

Marreno Group Inc. is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our Fort Lauderdale team as Client Coverage Advisors.

If you enjoy working with people, communicating clearly, and helping clients understand their options, this is a great opportunity to build professional experience and grow within a fast-paced team environment.

No previous insurance experience is required. Paid training is provided.

You’ll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and mentorship from experienced leaders while developing valuable skills in client relations, communication, and health coverage.

What You’ll Do

• Assist prospective and existing clients with reviewing available health coverage options
• Explain plans, benefits, and available options clearly and professionally
• Help clients navigate the coverage process
• Follow up with prospective and current clients
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Maintain organized and accurate client records
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
• Continue building your communication, customer service, and client management skills

This is a full-time, IN-PERSON position in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This is not a remote or hybrid opportunity. Candidates must live locally or be able to commute to the Fort Lauderdale office daily.
