Location: Ortigas East, Pasig City
Shift: Night Shift | 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Work Setup: Hybrid | 2x onsite per week

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Client Delivery & Project Manager to manage day-to-day delivery across client accounts and coordinate multiple cross-functional projects and workstreams.

The ideal candidate has strong external client-facing experience, project/program management skills, and exposure to marketing-related delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery across assigned client accounts.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
• Oversee timelines, milestones, priorities, resources, and dependencies.
• Monitor SLAs, delivery quality, risks, and overall performance.
• Manage client expectations, updates, concerns, and escalations.
• Facilitate client meetings, project updates, and internal delivery discussions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Identify delivery risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and delivery standards.
• Drive process improvements to improve efficiency and reduce rework.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Client Delivery, Project/Program Management, Marketing Operations, Client Services, or related roles.
• Strong external client-facing experience.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects, client accounts, or workstreams.
• Strong project management skills, including timelines, risks, dependencies, resources, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in areas such as:
• Marketing Operations / Marketing Automation
• CRM / MarTech
• Paid Media / Demand Generation
• Creative / Content
• Web / SEO
• Data / Analytics
• RevOps
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
