Location: Ortigas East, Pasig
Work Setup: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week
Shift: Night Shift, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Job Overview

We are looking for a Client Delivery Associate Director to lead delivery operations across multiple client accounts. This role will oversee program execution, delivery quality, client relationships, team performance, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery performance across assigned client accounts.
• Lead complex, cross-functional programs and manage project dependencies.
• Monitor delivery quality, risks, timelines, resources, and client requirements.
• Conduct delivery reviews and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with client and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Present delivery updates, performance insights, and recommendations to clients.
• Manage escalations and develop resolution plans when needed.
• Coach and support Delivery Managers and Coordinators.
• Improve delivery processes, governance, and operational efficiency.
• Support client retention and growth through strong delivery performance.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience in client delivery, project management, program management, marketing operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts or complex client engagements.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and multi-workstream programs.
• Experience with client-facing discussions, escalations, and performance reviews.
• Proficiency in Jira and other project management tools.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams is preferred.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is an advantage.

• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php180,000.00 per month
