Client Delivery (Hybrid — Night Shift)

About the role:

We are hiring a Client Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery and performance across a portfolio of clients. You will oversee teams in executing complex marketing programs, ensuring high-quality delivery, operational excellence, and measurable business results while aligning client needs with the organization’s strategic goals.

Work Arrangements

• Work Schedule: : Night Shift (8:00PM to 5:00AM)
• Work Setup: Hybrid
• Location: Pasig

Duties and responsibilities:

• Oversee delivery quality, performance, and outcomes across strategic and high-risk enterprise accounts.
• Establish delivery governance, QA standards, KPIs, reporting, and escalation processes.
• Lead complex, multi-region programs through effective planning and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage delivery risks and serve as a senior escalation point for critical issues.
• Partner with Client Partners and CSM teams to improve account health and implement mitigation plans.
• Represent Client Delivery in executive client meetings, QBRs, and strategic discussions.
• Lead and coach Delivery Managers, Associate Directors, and Coordinators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and frameworks.
• Provide delivery insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support retention, growth, and client value.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in client delivery, marketing operations, or program management, preferably with enterprise or multi-account portfolios.
• Strong experience managing complex, multi-region marketing programs using project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and other project management tools.
• Proven ability to develop and manage scalable delivery frameworks.
• Strong client, stakeholder, and executive communication skills.
• Experience using performance data to drive strategic and operational decisions.
• Strong understanding of marketing operations, client retention, satisfaction, and account growth.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile Leadership certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php300,000.00 per month
