Job Summary

We are looking for a Client Delivery Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery execution across assigned client accounts.

This role combines project management, delivery coordination, and execution oversight. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and dependencies, monitor delivery health, identify risks early, and ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and at the expected quality standards.

You will work closely with Client Partners, Client Success Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure predictable delivery, strong client outcomes, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery execution across assigned client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
• Lead delivery planning, work prioritization, milestone planning, and capacity coordination with internal teams.
• Maintain delivery hygiene by keeping timelines, dependencies, workflows, documentation, and communication up to date.
• Monitor delivery progress through dashboards, trackers, and reports.
• Proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate delivery risks with clear context and recommendations.
• Monitor delivery health indicators such as utilization trends, SLA adherence, rework rates, and other early indicators of delivery risk.
• Coordinate across functions to ensure clear ownership, aligned priorities, and minimal friction or rework.
• Partner with Client Partners and Client Success Managers to support client value realization, outcomes, and expansion readiness.
• Facilitate internal delivery stand-ups and client delivery check-ins, ensuring actions, decisions, and dependencies are properly documented and followed through.
• Coordinate the onboarding of new projects and delivery team members, including process orientation, tooling setup, and expectations.
• Support delivery quality by reviewing outputs, reinforcing QA standards, and identifying opportunities to improve execution consistency.
• Support onboarding and knowledge sharing across delivery teams.
• Identify and contribute to process improvements that reduce rework and strengthen delivery workflows and operating practices.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in client delivery, marketing operations, project management, or program management.

• Hands-on experience using Jira and other project management tools.

• Strong external client-facing experience, including status communication, expectation management, and handling difficult conversations.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery teams across areas such as:

  • Content
  • Web / Development
  • SEO
  • Data / Analytics
  • RevOps
  • CRM / MarTech

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

• Proven ability to manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.

• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects, workstreams, or client accounts.

Work Arrangement

Work Location: Ortigas East, Pasig, Metro Manila
Work Setup: Hybrid – 2x a week onsite
Work Shift: Night Shift, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
