CLIENT DELIVERY MANAGER

ROLE OVERVIEW 
 
As a Client Delivery Manager (CDM), you are accountable for day-to-day delivery execution across your assigned client accounts. You coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain delivery momentum, and ensure work is delivered with consistency, quality, and operational discipline while aligning established delivery standards and client objectives. 
 
This role combines project management, delivery coordination, and execution oversight. You maintain delivery hygiene, manage timelines and dependencies, identify risks early, and ensure operational visibility across client programs. You partner closely with Client Partners, Client Success Managers, and functional teams to deliver predictable client outcomes.   

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own day-to-day delivery execution across assigned accounts, ensuring work is delivered on time, within scope, and at required quality standards.

• Lead delivery planning, work prioritization, milestone planning, and capacity coordination in partnership with internal functional teams to deliver against client objectives and value outcomes.

• Maintain delivery of hygiene by ensuring timelines, dependencies, workflows, operating rhythms, documentation, and communication remain current and support predictable execution.

• Monitor delivery progress through dashboards, trackers, and reports; proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate risks with context and recommendations before they impact client satisfaction or health scores.

• Own delivery health signals, including utilization trends, SLA adherence, rework rates, and early indicators of delivery risk, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of inputs to the Client Health Score.

• Lead internal delivery coordination across functions, ensuring clarity of ownership, alignment on priorities, and reduction of friction or rework.

• Partner closely with CPs and CSMs to ensure delivery execution supports value realization, client outcomes, and expansion readiness.

• Facilitate internal delivery stand-ups and client delivery check-ins, ensuring actions, decisions, and dependencies are clearly documented and followed through.

• Coordinate and ensure smooth onboarding of new projects and delivery team members, including process orientation, tooling setup, and expectations.

• Support delivery quality by reviewing outputs, reinforcing QA standards, and identifying opportunities to reduce rework and improve execution consistency.

• Support onboarding and knowledge sharing across delivery teams, helping new team members adopt delivery standards, operating rhythms, and tools.

• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, reduce rework, and strengthen execution consistency by contributing practical improvements to delivery practices, documentation, and workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4–8+ years in project/delivery/program management

• Strong stakeholder management

• Client-facing experience

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication

• Experience managing timelines, risks and dependencies

• Experience with project management tools

• Able to manage multiple concurrent projects
