Client Delivery Manager | Project & Client Operations Lead

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day delivery activities across assigned client accounts.
• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, priorities, and resource capacity.
• Monitor project progress and maintain delivery trackers, dashboards, and reports.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively recommend solutions.
• Partner with Client Success, Client Partners, and internal teams to ensure client objectives are achieved.
• Facilitate project meetings, delivery check-ins, and status updates.
• Support onboarding of new projects and team members.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained and continuously improve delivery processes.
• Track project health metrics, SLA performance, utilization, and delivery effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Client Delivery, Project Management, Program Management, Marketing Operations, or similar roles.
• Experience managing multiple projects, workstreams, or client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
• Experience handling project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and other project management tools.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
