Client Development Associate

About the role

As a Client Development Associate, you will be responsible for developing new client opportunities, introducing Pan Asia's products and services to prospective clients, supporting the account-opening journey, and building long-term client relationships. You will receive structured training covering commodity futures, Pan Asia's products and platforms, client onboarding, market knowledge, communication, prospecting and client development. The role is highly performance-oriented.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, events, digital channels and other approved sources.
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of prospective clients.
• Conduct regular follow-ups through appropriate communication channels.
• Understand prospective clients' interests, trading objectives and experience, and introduce relevant Pan Asia products and services within approved guidelines.
• Support the conversion of qualified prospects into funded and active clients.
• Develop a strong understanding of exchange-traded commodity futures and Pan Asia's product suite.
• Learn and explain product specifications, contract characteristics, margin requirements, trading procedures, platform functionality and associated risks.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
• Support clients throughout the onboarding and account activation process.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of prospect and client activity in the Company's CRM or reporting systems.

About you

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong interest in financial markets, trading, commodities or investment products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
• Comfortable speaking with new people and developing professional relationships.
• Willingness to make outbound calls/emails, conduct follow-ups and actively develop a client pipeline.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and able to work towards measurable targets.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
• Experience in financial services, CFDs, futures, securities, banking, fintech, insurance, telecommunications or other client-facing industries is advantageous.
