Client Development Manager

HireWorks is seeking an experienced Client Development Manager to grow our professional-services staffing business. This role will focus on developing new client relationships, identifying hiring needs, and partnering with our recruiting team to deliver qualified talent.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and email outreach.
• Build relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and executives.
• Identify opportunities for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing.
• Meet with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruiting solutions.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through client acquisition and ongoing account growth.
• Partner with recruiters to ensure successful candidate delivery.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently develop new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of staffing, recruiting, B2B sales, or business development experience.
• Staffing-industry experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of developing new business.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented.
• Experience using LinkedIn and CRM systems.

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus commission and benefits.
