Client Development Specialist - Outsourcing Services (KLCC Area)

About the role

This is a research-led, relationship-building role. Your primary mission is to identify companies that could benefit from workforce solutions and engage the right decision-makers. You don't need a background in recruitment or staffing. What matters most is your hunger to open doors, your ability to communicate compellingly, and your drive to earn through performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Provide clients with information and support regarding recruitment outsourcing services.
• Assist clients in understanding and utilizing the full range of services offered by the company.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of outsourcing services.
• Monitor service delivery and performance, ensuring compliance with client agreements and quality standards.
• Manage client contracts, renewals, and negotiations in collaboration with the sales and legal teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account status in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or a related role, preferably within the outsourcing industry.
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional service and addressing client needs.
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with clients and attend industry events.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
