This is a customer-facing entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to develop strong commercial and relationship-management skills from the ground up. You'll work directly with customers and clients, learn how to identify opportunities, support business development activity, and contribute to a professional client experience.

No previous client development experience is required. You'll receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and practical experience designed to help you progress into Client Development Executive, Business Development Executive, Account Manager, and leadership roles.

Your Responsibilities

As a Client Development Trainee, you'll:

• Build professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate information.
• Support lead generation and new client acquisition activities.
• Research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective clients and assist throughout the customer journey.
• Support presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials.
• Maintain accurate client, prospect, and sales information using internal systems.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
• Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing client development, sales, and professional development training.

No previous client development experience is required. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, administration, business development, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
