Meet the Team

Join a world-class account team dedicated to Spectrum, one of Cisco's largest and most strategic cable/MSO relationships. Our team drives innovation across Service Provider Infrastructure, Enterprise Networks, Service Provider as Partner, and Secure, AI-Ready Data Centers. We partner with our customers to deliver highly secure environments built with the latest automation, digital resiliency, and observability capabilities. As Spectrum continues its integration with Cox Communications, you will lead a dynamic group of Client Executives across production, IT, cloud, and business networks. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of connectivity while coaching top talent to scale Cisco's solutions across a massive combined footprint.

Your Impact

In this newly created leader-of-leaders role, you will combine executive consultant sales with people-leadership responsibilities to drive sustained multi-year sales growth. You will serve as the business leader for the Spectrum account, authoring the long-range account plan and structuring complex multiyear enterprise agreements. By building SVP-level relationships, you will advise on secure, AI-ready data center architectures and next-generation network transformations. You will also collaborate with Cisco's solution and services teams to expand Spectrum's services portfolio and ensure smooth scaling during the Cox Communications integration. Ultimately, you will operate in a strategic capacity, personally driving top priorities while mentoring your leadership team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of related sales or consulting experience in the technology sector.
  • 4+ years of supervisory or people-leadership experience managing sales teams or account executives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into or partnering with a Tier-1 cable/MSO operator (ideally Charter/Spectrum), including supporting customers through M&A integrations.
  • Second-line or "leader of leaders" people-management experience, with a track record of managing established, high-retention accounts while driving new growth.
  • Proven expertise in structuring and negotiating complex, multiyear enterprise agreements and framework deals.
  • Experience advising on secure, AI-ready data center architecture, including GPU/AI infrastructure, automation, and observability for large-scale compute environments.
  • Knowledge of modern security architecture (zero trust, segmentation, security automation) within a service-provider or large enterprise environment.
