Sage Shield Assurance is expanding our Tampa team and seeking motivated individuals to join us as Client Engagement Consultants helping clients find health insurance coverage built around their individual needs.

In this role, you'll communicate directly with prospective clients, learn about what they're looking for in their health coverage, introduce available insurance options, and help guide them toward selecting and enrolling in a plan.

The position combines health insurance sales, client communication, and relationship building. Paid training is provided, so previous insurance or sales experience is not required.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective clients seeking health coverage
• Identify individual health insurance needs
• Present and explain available health insurance options
• Recommend plans based on individual needs
• Guide clients through the enrollment process
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up
• Develop strong professional client relationships
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
