Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and professional Client Communication Executive who can effectively communicate with clients, understand their requirements, manage follow-ups, and coordinate with internal teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills along with basic knowledge of social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with clients in Hindi and English.
• Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, meetings, calls, and regular communication.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Convince, guide, and assist clients using effective negotiation skills.
• Handle communication through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, and other platforms.
• Quickly understand new projects, services, and processes.
• Maintain a positive, confident, and professional attitude.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent command of spoken Hindi and English.
• Strong communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
• Good personality, confidence, and professional attitude.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently as well as in a team.
