Client Engagement Manager

The Client Experience Manager is a strategic client-facing role within the Sales and Commercial team, responsible for managing executive-level customer engagement and delivering exceptional client experiences that support business growth and long-term partnerships. Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, the Client Executive Manager will coordinate customer visits, executive meetings, business reviews, site visit, and commercial events, ensuring every interaction strengthens customer relationships and reflects the company's commitment to excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, investors, strategic partners, and visiting stakeholders across the region.
• Coordinate and manage executive-level client visits, meetings, site tours, business reviews, and commercial engagements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through professional client servicing and proactive stakeholder management.
• Support the Sales and Commercial team in delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout the client lifecycle.
• Plan and execute customer-facing events, product demonstrations, executive briefings, industry conferences, and business networking activities.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, transportation, dining arrangements, and meeting logistics for visiting clients and business partners when required.
• Ensure all client interactions reflect the company’s professionalism, customer-centric culture, and commitment to service excellence.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, and Leadership teams to ensure seamless execution of customer engagements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, visit outcomes, and follow-up actions.
• Manage external vendors, event agencies, hospitality partners, and service providers to support customer engagement activities.
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, reports, and executive summaries for client-facing discussions.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term business relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related discipline.

• 5-10 years of experience in client servicing, customer relations, executive support, account management, hospitality, commercial operations, or a related customer-facing role.

• Proven experience in client reception, visitor management, executive hospitality, or stakeholder engagement.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.

• Experience supporting senior executives, key accounts, investors, government officials, or strategic business partners is highly preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate high-profile engagements in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, to work with key clients.

• Experience working in a bilingual and multicultural business environment.

• Willingness to travel occasionally within the region as business needs require.
