Client Engagement Specialist

Duties

• Engage with clients in person, over the phone and other communication channels to address inquiries, provide information, and promote services
• Build rapport with clients through personalized communication and attentive listening
• Manage client accounts by updating data entry records accurately in our systems using Microsoft Office tools
• Assist clients with troubleshooting issues, resolving complaints, and providing solutions that meet their needs
• Conduct outside campaigns to follow up on leads, gather feedback, or promote new offerings
• Maintain organized documentation of interactions, transactions, and client feedback for analysis and reporting purposes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client communication and service delivery

Requirements

• Multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse client bases effectively
• Proven experience in customer support, client services or sales is highly desired but required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual capabilities are a plus
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume traffic with professionalism and courtesy
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and record keeping
• Ability to solve problems quickly by analyzing situations critically and offering effective solutions
• Knowledge of phone etiquette, active listening techniques, and customer service best practices
• Experience with cash handling or transaction processing is advantageous but not required
• Technical proficiency in CRM systems or similar platforms is desirable

Pay: $900.00 - $1,500.00 per week
