Now, we’re looking for a Telemarketer / Client Engagement Executive who enjoys talking to people, is confident on the phone, and knows how to turn a simple conversation into a meaningful opportunity.

💬 What You’ll Do

Be the first person our clients speak to

You’ll be the first touchpoint for many singles who are interested in finding out more about HeyDouble. Your job is to start the conversation, understand what they’re looking for, and introduce them to how our matchmaking services can help.

Lead Engagement & Outbound Calling

• Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media and website enquiries
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce HeyDouble’s matchmaking services
• Have engaging conversations to understand a prospect’s dating goals, preferences and needs
• Clearly communicate the value of our personalised matchmaking services

Lead Conversion & Appointment Setting

• Follow up consistently with warm leads and build rapport over the phone
• Identify prospects who are a good fit for HeyDouble
• Schedule consultations with our Relationship Managers
• Ensure a smooth handover by providing Relationship Managers with relevant client information and conversation notes

Performance & Follow-through

• Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups and outcomes
• Manage your pipeline and follow up with leads in a timely manner
• Work towards call, appointment and conversion targets
• Continuously improve your approach based on results and feedback

You’ll do well in this role if you are:

• Target-driven — you enjoy working towards clear goals and seeing measurable results
• Persistent — you understand that good follow-up often makes the difference
• A good listener — you can pick up on what someone is really looking for
• Positive & energetic — your personality comes through even over the phone
• Organised — you can manage multiple leads and follow-ups without losing track

Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, recruitment, business development, insurance, hospitality or other client-facing roles is an advantage.

成為客戶認識 HeyDouble 嘅第一個接觸點

你會接觸到唔同背景、唔同需要嘅單身人士。你嘅工作唔只係「打電話」，而係透過對話了解客戶需要，再介紹適合佢哋嘅配對服務。

客戶開發及電話跟進

• 跟進由 Marketing、社交媒體及網站產生嘅客戶 leads
• 主動致電潛在客戶，介紹 HeyDouble 嘅婚戀配對服務
• 透過電話了解客戶嘅交友目標、期望及需要
• 清晰介紹我哋嘅服務及配對方式，令客戶了解 HeyDouble 可以點樣幫到佢哋

Lead Conversion & 預約

• 持續跟進有興趣嘅客戶，建立良好關係
• 辨識適合 HeyDouble 服務嘅潛在客戶
• 預約客戶與 Relationship Manager 進行深入諮詢
• 整理客戶資料及對話重點，確保順利交接畀 Relationship Manager

業績及客戶跟進

• 準確記錄每次通話、客戶反應、跟進進度及結果
• 有系統地管理自己嘅 leads 同 follow-up
• 達成每日／每月電話量、預約及轉換目標
• 根據數據及團隊 feedback，不斷改善自己嘅銷售技巧
