Client Engagement Supervisor

Job Summary:

KQ Professional Services Ltd. is seeking a Client Engagement Supervisor to strengthen day-to-day relationships with clients and coordinate their experience across our professional service teams. This position will help ensure client needs are understood, communication remains consistent, and agreed actions receive timely attention throughout each engagement.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise client engagement activities across assigned accounts
• Build positive working relationships with new and existing clients
• Coordinate client requests with relevant consultants and service teams
• Maintain regular communication regarding priorities, actions, and progress
• Support the introduction and onboarding of new client engagements
• Track commitments and follow up on outstanding client requirements
• Arrange client discussions, reviews, and engagement meetings
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve the client experience
• Help resolve service concerns by coordinating with the appropriate teams
• Maintain accurate engagement notes and relationship information
• Highlight emerging client needs and potential opportunities for additional support

Requirements:

• Experience in client services, account coordination, professional services, customer relations, consulting support, or a similar area
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• Ability to coordinate multiple client requirements effectively
• Good organisation and follow-through
• Comfortable communicating with clients and internal specialists
• Ability to handle changing priorities with a solutions-focused approach
• Supervisory or senior client-facing experience is helpful but not essential
• Relevant business or professional qualifications are welcomed, while transferable experience will also be considered

Pay: £46,000.00 per year
