Client Engagement Trainee (Entry-Level)

Job Summary

Build client and customer engagement skills while supporting marketing campaigns, promotional activities and events in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support client and customer engagement activities during campaigns and events
• Communicate with customers and provide information about products and services
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Assist with promotional campaigns and brand activities
• Support event and roadshow activities when required
• Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the team
• Assist with campaign coordination and follow-up activities
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings

Requirements

• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome
