Client Enrollment Representative

The Role

Remote position walking people through insurance enrollment after they have requested information. You confirm what they are eligible for, explain what each plan covers, and complete the enrollment while you are still on the call.

This one suits someone precise. A missed field or a wrong date holds up a policy for weeks, so accuracy matters here as much as persuasion. Training is provided and no prior background is needed. Pay is performance based.

What You'll Do

• Confirm eligibility before going any further

• Explain what is covered and what is not, in plain language

• Complete the enrollment on the call rather than sending it away

• Check dates, spelling and beneficiary details before submitting

• Chase anything the carrier sends back

• Confirm the start date with the client once it is issued

What We're Looking For

• Careful with detail and willing to double check

• Clear on the phone without rushing people

• Organized enough to track what is outstanding

• Comfortable saying when someone does not qualify

• Quiet workspace, reliable internet, and a headset

• Available weekdays with some evening calls

Pay: $72,800.00 - $100,100.00 per year
