Client Executive - Landlords & Vendors

Full-time, Permanent | Office based with travel across Cardiff & South Wales

Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own car is essential.

We are now looking for a Property & Client Experience Executive to be the dedicated champion for our property owners.

The Role:

This is not a tenant or buyer chasing role. This is a premium, relationship-led role where you own the entire journey for our landlords and vendors, working alongside our sales and lettings negotiators.

You will be the hands-on person who guides each property from instruction to success.

For Our Landlords You Will:

Be the main, trusted point of contact for our landlords from valuation to let and beyond

Create and launch stunning property marketing to attract quality tenants quickly and for the best rent

Manage portfolio care including renewals, rent reviews, safety certificates and full compliance with Renting Homes Wales

Provide proactive, weekly updates and solve any challenges before they become problems

Ensure every landlord feels valued and delighted they chose Harry Harper

For Our Vendors You Will:

Guide vendors from instruction to completion, ensuring their home is presented to the highest standard

Lead our luxury marketing - bespoke brochures, lifestyle shoots and Property Lifestyle Movies

Manage vendor communication with confident, clear weekly updates

Progress sales through to exchange and completion by liaising with solicitors and managing chains

Deliver a truly luxury, stress-free experience for every vendor

About You:

You love looking after property owners and have a passion for exceptional service.

Ideally you will have:

A track record of delivering world-class customer service

Outstanding organisation and passionate attention to detail

Excellent relationship building, leadership and facilitation skills

Strong problem solving skills and a positive can-do and will-do attitude

The ability to pull together information, make decisions and form clear recommendations

Confidence with computers, CRM and property software

A genuine interest in property and client-driven innovation

Essential Requirements:

Full UK / EU Driving Licence and access to your own car - you will be visiting properties

Highly self-motivated with a drive to succeed

Excellent communication skills

Right to work in the UK

No estate agency experience required - world-class training, mentoring and support provided.
