Client Executive

Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities, and helping businesses solve real challenges?

We're looking for an experienced Client Executive to join a growing technology services business focused on helping organisations improve their IT environment, security, and digital capability. This is a work from home role initially, giving you the flexibility to manage your day while staying connected with clients across the region.

In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging new customers, developing trusted relationships with business leaders, and guiding opportunities from initial conversation through to signed agreements. You'll work alongside technical specialists to shape solutions that genuinely meet client needs and create long-term value.

What you'll bring

• Proven success in business development, account management, or B2B sales
• Ability to engage confidently with business owners and senior decision-makers
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Commercially savvy with excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
• A consultative approach focused on understanding customer challenges and outcomes

• Developing and executing a plan to grow business across Auckland
• Building a healthy pipeline of new opportunities
• Creating and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Leading sales opportunities from prospecting through to close
• Collaborating with technical teams to deliver winning solutions
