Job description:

About the role:

• Coordinate campaign delivery, including orders, revisions, reporting, creative briefs and campaign requests.
• Manage client and agency communications, including confirmations, approvals, material deadlines and post-campaign reporting.
• Prepare and distribute campaign instructions and assets to internal teams and external partners.
• Support the development of proposals, schedules and sales opportunities.
• Review campaign details for accuracy and resolve issues to ensure seamless execution.
• Provide proactive administrative and coordination support to the Commercial team.

About you:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to build effective client and agency relationships.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written, presentation and administrative skills, with experience preparing proposals, reports and client communications.
• Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience, with exposure to media, sales or a client-facing environment desirable.
